Backup forward Marcus Bryan is the second player this spring to transfer from the Charlotte 49ers’ men’s basketball program, the school announced Monday.
Bryan, a 6-foot-7 freshman from Raleigh Ravenscroft, averaged 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds last season. He joins sophomore guard Denzel Ingram, who announced his departure from the program in April.

Charlotte 49ers coach Alan Major announced that senior forward Chris Braswell has been suspended for one game and junior guard DeMario Mayfield for two games for violating team rules.
