Charlotte's Pierria Henry, the player who shot all those free throws to beat Richmond, has been hospitalized with a chest injury.

Charlotte's 2 leading scorers suspended for opener
Charlotte 49ers coach Alan Major announced that senior forward Chris Braswell has been suspended for one game and junior guard DeMario Mayfield for two games for violating team rules.
Major did not specify what team rules were broken.
