Yesterday, Moises Alou had another MRI on his strained left quad. The news isn't very good as it's still showing inflammation and soreness.
With Alou out and Endy Chavez also on the DL with a hamstring injury, by default Carlos Gomez is the every day left fielder. This season was the first year he played above AA ball, and he still needs some work in the minors. It's time to look outside the organization to address the left field situation.
