The Chicago Cubs fortified their efforts in the international market Monday night by confirming the signing of 18-year-old Taiwanese pitcher Jen-Ho Tseng. Tseng who is listed at 6-foot-1 and 198 pounds has a fastball clocked at 95 mph. He pitched for his country in the 2013 World Baseball Classic. Tseng agreed to a $1.625 million bonus
