Free agent baseballer Curtis Granderson played one of the most appropriately named games in the history of games Sunday during the Flames-Blackhawks game. During an intermission, the Chicago native lined up at center ice and played “Shoot the Puck” – a game in which he shot a puck (duh) at the goal for a chance to win round-trip airline tickets.
His first shot looked fairly ugly, but he righted himself quickly and drilled one out of four shots. My first question: what’s a guy who grossed $15 million in 2013 shooting for free airline tickets? My second question: any interest in playing left field in Comerica Park next season, Curtis?
