Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Casey Blake left Wednesday night's game with the Milwaukee Brewers because of right shoulder pain. Blake left the game after the Dodgers batted in the sixth, but did not have a plate appearance in the inning. In the bottom of the fifth, he threw out Zack Greinke on a grounder to third. Jamey Carroll entered the game at second base and Aaron Miles moved to third to replace Blake. Blake finished 0 for 3 and is hitting .250 with four homers and 23 RBIs in 57 games this year.
