The Los Angeles Dodgers are expected to place righthander Jon Garland on the 15-day disabled list with an ailing right shoulder.Garland is 1-5 with a 4.33 ERA in nine starts this season. He has not won since April 20.It will be the second trip to the DL this season for Garland, who missed the first two weeks while recuperating from a strained oblique.The 31-year-old Garland, who signed a one-year, $5-million contract with Los Angeles in the offseason, had never been on the DL in his first 11 seasons.
