When you see how poised Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Yasiel Puig is on the field, you forget that the guy is just 22-year-old.  But when you follow the outfielder on Twitter, you remember that he's every bit his age...and dude LOVES Instagram. You'll remember that last month, when the Dodgers returned to New York to take on the Yankees, Puig made time to get out and rub elbows with Jay-Z, Robinson Cano and CC Sabathia.  You know it, because the kid documented it all via social media. And while the baseball world was watching his fellow Cuban import Yoenis Cespedes crush it during the Home Run Derby, where was Puig?  Right where you would be if you could...hanging out with Snoop, Chris Brown and John Wall at the Playboy Mansion. So, when the ESPYs rolled around Wednesday night, I wondered to myself..."are they still a thing?" The answer?  Yes.  And you know how I know? This. Yup, that's the Dodgers phenom and his buddies again documenting "Puigmania" and posing for pictures with John Wall (again) and rapper The Game. Oh, and how about Colin Kaepernick and Ricardo Lockette from the San Francisco 49ers?  Yeah, he tracked them down too.  At this rate, I'm not sure if you're in the minority if you have or haven't been photographed with Puig. So, yeah, I'm not sure if Puig has any endorsement deals in the works (yet), but I think I have a suggestion if anyone is listening.  And it rhymes with "binstagram".

Yasiel Puig enjoying the Los Angeles lifestyle

Yasiel Puig is having an incredible rookie start to his MLB career, and being in LA it seems only right that the young man should enjoy in some of the perks of being a superstar. The first of those perks is of course landing on TMZ, which he did earlier this week and now it seems he has spent some time at the Playboy Mansion with some celeb types. Check out some photos from Yasiel’s...

Yasiel Puig may not have been selected for the MLB All-Star Game, but he did manage to score an invitation to the Playboy Mansion on Monday night. GIF: Yasiel Puig shows off canon arm against Washington Nationals

Tweet   The tales of legendary feats performed by Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig aren’t stopping anytime soon. In the second inning of Friday’s game versus the Washington Nationals Puig put his rocket launcher of an arm on display yet again. Earlier this season we saw the 22-year old nail Atlanta Braves shortstop Andrelton [...]

Snubbed Puig is a real Playboy

The best baseball players got rewarded for their hard work and talent by being asked to play baseball one more time in the All-Star Game. Deserving players who just missed out on the honor are said to have been "snubbed," and they presumably kick the dirt with the toe of their shoe and stick out their bottom lip. But not Yasiel Puig, the Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder...

Yasiel Puig makes a great throw but doesn’t get the call

courtesy of riseandfired.com Bryce Harper can thank the umpire for the bad call made at third base because he was clearly tagged out when he attempted to advance from second on a Jason Werth flyball hit to right-field.  Harper was the latest victim to feel the wrath of Yasiel Puig’s canon of an arm.  Puig threw a rocket to third base and the tag was properly...

For MLB Fans, Patience is Still a Virtue

I would like to announce that I am calling a MLB fan-only meeting. I have to make a complaint about how the majority of us fans have become so enthralled in Puigmania that we have already decided that Yasiel Puig is the next best player based off of a minuscule sample of 151 at-bats.  Now, before any of you Puigmaniacs jump the gun once again on this article and skip down to...

Yasiel Puig makes great throw from outfield on Bryce Harper

Yasiel Puig is considered a five-tool player, and he showed us why once again. In the Los Angeles Dodgers’ first game back from the All-Star break, Puig threw a missile from right field to third base to try to get Bryce Harper, who tagged up on a fly out from Jayson Werth in the bottom [...]

Today in trolling headlines: LA Times gets its Bleacher Report on

By now, we all now how this internet thing works. Juice up your post with SEO goodness, and then attach a click-baity headline that attracts eyeballs, whether it’s accurate or has anything to do with the story or not. This tactic is pretty much how Bleacher Report built its revenue monster. Now, it seems, more traditional outlets are getting in on the action. After Yoenis Cespedes...

Yasiel Puig Hangs Out With Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, Colin Kaepernick, Seen Driving Rolls Royce During All-Star Break

Yasiel Puig seems to have taken to capitalism like a duck to water. Remember that just 14 months ago, the young Dodgers phenom was still in Cuba, planning to defect to the United States. However, now the 22-year-old is bona fide celebrity in America, and suffice it to say that’s a significantly different lifestyle than living under a Communist dictatorship. As you may have heard...

Report: Red Sox Have Expressed Interest in Cuban Pitcher Dalier Hinojosa, Who Has Been Granted Free Agency

Aroldis Chapman, Yoenis Cespedes and Yasiel Puig are among the Cuban defectors making an impact in Major League Baseball. Perhaps they’ll soon have company. According to MLB.com’s Jesse Sanchez, Cuban pitcher Dalier Hinojosa has received clearance from the U.S. government and is ready to sign with a major league team. Sanchez reported in June that the Red Sox, Yankees, Cubs and...
