The Los Angeles Dodgers Twitter account sent out a pretty unpopular tweet on Saturday afternoon, one that riled up a lot of hockey fans. I can understand how the Dodgers account thought they were being funny, but definitely an ill-advised, poorly worded tweet. I’m sure the NHL was pretty unhappy, and that contributed to the tweet being deleted. Definitely a harmless quip, but ill-advised nonetheless. Always remember to think before you tweet. Report: Dodgers Have An Offer Out To Michael Young

I guess this was inevitable: Michael Young has a Dodgers offer on the table if he wants it, but with Spring Training now less than a month away, the 37-year-old infielder is still considering retirement. Whether or not Young decides to return, what’s relevant here is that the Dodgers want him to return. In theory, that’s terrible because rabble rabble double plays hargle bargle...

Soon. Soon. (via) One month from today, on Wednesday, February 26, the Dodgers will kick off their spring training schedule in Talking Stick, against the Diamondbacks. That game will be televised, like all other spring games, and while it’s anyone’s guess as to whether any of us will actually be able to see SNLA a mere 24 hours after it’s launched, the fact is that in a month...
