With Jon Niese becoming yet another injury casualty - in scary fashion - for the Mets, Nelson Figueroa made up for an awful spot start earlier this week and tossed 4 1/3 scoreless frames Wednesday in a 9-0 rout of St. Louis at Citi Field.
