Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports reports via Twitter that the Yankees are pursuing Hiroki Kuroda now that he’s willing to leave California.
Kuroda, 37 in February, is one of the few remaining free agent innings eaters. Of the remaining free agent pitchers, the Yankees like the veteran righty more than other pitchers. Kuroda is looking for a $12-13MM annual salary.
