Ellis, just called up to replace the injured Brad Ausmus, will start and catch Charlie Haeger in his first appearance of the season, Tweets Dylan Hernandez (thanks to dodgerbobble for the link).Manny will get the day off, with it being a day game after a night game. Manny really should be playing though, what with it being the first week, the off-day tomorrow, and Andre hurting.Andre Ethier will not start for the 4th consecutive game, though he could pinch-hit as he did last night. The club is off tomorrow, so the extra rest can only be good for Andre. Sprains are a difficult thing to judge, no need to rush him back.Jonathan Broxton will be available to pitch today. Let's all hope that George Sherrill is not, for his sake as much as for our own.
