The San Diego Padres activated right-handed relief pitcher Huston Street from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday. Street was placed on the disabled list on May 5 with a strained right lat muscle. In two rehabilitation appearances for Single-A Lake Elsinore, he had a 9.00 ERA, allowing one hit (a home run) and one walk while striking out one. With the Padres, Street has allowed only one run, posting a 0.93 ERA and converting all four save opportunities. To make room on the roster for Street, the Padres optioned right-hander Miles Mikolas to Triple-A Tucson.
