Feelin' Kinda Blue:
Happy New Year! On this episode of "Dugout Blues," Jared Massey (L.A. Dugout) and I talk about the Andre Ethier trade rumors that just won't die.
We also look at John Sickels' Top 20 Dodger prospects list. We both agree it's a pretty solid list.
Finally, we answer some reader questions. What would the Dodgers' rotation look like if they signed Kyle Lohse? Who does Corey Seager compare to in terms of potential? Do we prefer a Carl Crawford/Matt Kemp/Ethier or Crawford/Michael Bourn/Kemp outfield?

After a collection of Redlegs Review writers voiced their opinion on the matter, and cast their vote, RR is prepared to endorse both Craig Biggio and Mike Piazza for the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Both men have an outstanding resume and are deserving of the honor.
Here is how the vote turned out:

The Dodgers agreed to a one-year $2.75MM deal with left-hander J.P. Howell. There are some incentive in the deal according to Buster Olney. Not sure of the total value yet, but I am always down for extra motivation.
Howell, 29, missed the end of the 2009 season, all of the 2010 season, and part of the 2011 season as well. Howell is a bit of an injury risk, he’s got a wild card...
In the months leading up to the official announcement of the results of the 2013 Hall of Fame ballot, many voting eligible BBWAA writers release their choices on who they selected to make it to Cooperstown. Yesterday, I spent 12 hours compiling as many of these released ballots as I could find, tallied them and came up with a small sample of what the 2013 ballot results may look...
