With the help of some great translation/research from Roberto of Vin Scully Is My Homeboy, we discover that Ronald Belisario doesn't seem to care much about making it to the team for Spring Training 2010.
According to El Universal, a newspaper from Venezuela, Los Angeles Dodgers Pitcher Ronald Belisario has missed three dates with the U.S. embassy in Caracas.
Translation: Belisario has missed three dates with the U.S. embassy for paperwork, which is the reason he has yet to report to Camelback Ranch.
