Dan Straily pitched the A’s into sole possession of first place in the AL west, powered by a pair of homeruns from Brandon Moss Wednesday night as Oakland won it’s 10th consecutive home game.
It was the fourth time in his last five starts that Straily has allowed two or fewer earned runs, as he sprinkled just three hits over 6.2 innings in the A’s 5-2 win over New York.
