Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com says outfielder Nick Swisher is drawing interest from several teams. Heyman speculates that the Giants are one of those teams. Heyman also believes it will take $11-$13 million a year, for 3-to-4 years to land Swisher.
Infielder Manny Burriss was outrighted to Fresno back on November 6, but on November 8 he refused the assignment and elected for free agency.
