Although Nick Diaz (Pictured) is a retired mixed martial artist, the UFC welterweight is still doing all he can to fight the Nevada State Athletic Commission’s temporary suspension. On Tuesday, Diaz filed a lawsuit against the commission for violating his right to due process.
