A welterweight affair between Rory MacDonald and Che Mills served as the co-featured attraction for tonight’s “UFC 145: Jones vs. Evans” pay-per-view broadcast.

Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia is hosting tonight’s festivities. The show is headlined by a light heavyweight title tilt between champion Jon Jones and Rashad Evans.

Here is the play-by-play from MacDonald vs. Mills:

1stRound:

Mills tags him with a couple of solid leg kicks to start things off. He follows up with a right hand. Rory secures a takedown, but ate a big uppercut in the process. Vicious ground-and-pound by MacDonald. He cuts Mills open with a right bomb. The Canadian advances to a mounted crucifix. MacDonald moves to full mount, now takes his back and is bringing the pain.

2ndRound:

Mills has a golf ball growing on his right cheek. MacDonald takes him down with the greatest of ease and immediately moves to side control. The youngster now advances to full mount. Mills give up his back. MacDonald is giving him the business. Game. Set. Match, MacDonald.
