So it looks like that I am not the only one who thinks that Rampage Jackson never lived up to his potential in the UFC. The UFC president feels the same way and thinks that Jackson could have been a huge star if things played out differently. Related posts:

If mixed martial arts were any other professional sport, UFC president Dana White would likely be charged with tampering. For the second time in as many UFC events, White expressed his interest in signing current Bellator lightweight Eddie Alvarez (Pictured).
However, instead of just talking about his admiration like he did in Atlanta, MMA’s head honcho took it one step further...
A jubilant UFC President Dana White stopped by to chat with UFC Tonight analyst Ariel Helwani about the fantastic show UFC on FOX proved to be. Dana was very happy with the performances put on by the always entertaining martial artists of the UFC. From the Nate Diaz choke-out of Jim Miller to the huge Lavar Johnson knockout, the New Jersey crowd certainly got to see a great event...
Despite UFC president Dana White’s (Pictured) promise that mixed martial arts would make its long-awaited debut in New York in 2012, the state’s shot callers have once again slammed the cage door on the combat sport.
According to The New York Daily News, the Assembly Democratic conference discussed and denied behind a closed door meeting to bring MMA sanctioning to the floor...

Alan Belcher (Pictured) entered Saturday’s bout against Rousimar Palhares as more than a 2-to-1 underdog, but his upset victory over the submission specialist wasn’t what surprised UFC president Dana White. It was the fashion in which the underrated middleweight did it.
Once the leg-lock specialist grabbed a hold of Belcher’s limb in the opening round of their scrap, nearly...
UFC President Dana White on what’s next for Urijah Faber: “What’s going to happen is Urijah Faber is going to fight still. He is going to fight on the same card. Now I’m looking for the right opponent who will fight Faber.”
White on if Faber’s next fight will be for the interim title: “Yes.”
White on if Dominick Cruz will stay on as “TUF Live” coach: “Cruz...
Dana White stands in the wings of the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan's swank Upper West Side, chatting with one of the more than 300 fighters signed to his UFC brand. A few fans have finagled their way backstage, and they snap photos of White, the coarse, charismatic president of the UFC who has helped shape mixed martial arts into one of the nation's most popular spectator...
The Ultimate Fighter Live is producing one of my favorite seasons in UFC history, yet it is also producing the lowest ratings in TUF history. Since everyone else under the sun has blogged about how they would fix the show, I figured I would give my two-cents as someone who watches weekly. Related posts:

Busted knee, which means busted UFC plan. Dana White will hit us with the the details at around dinner time like he normally does with what this means for TUF: Live and UFC 148. My insanely orgasmic, for MMA fans, idea is to make Chael Sonnen and Anderson Silva the new coaches just for some trash talking benefits. I don't care about the fighters being "well-coached"...
UFC president Dana White claimed Wednesday that if Nate Diaz (Pictured) beat Jim Miller at “UFC on FOX 3,” he would be next in line to challenge for the lightweight throne. However, because champion Benson Henderson won’t defend his crown against Frankie Edgar until August at the earliest, it would sideline a victorious Diaz for far too long and he might have to face Anthony...
