What’s new for 2013: Almirola returns and has Todd Parrott as his crew chief, the pair started working together in September of last year.

Mike’s Take: Almirola defied odds last year and finished 20th in points. He was aided by some bad luck by other drivers that I don’t see happening this year. He definitely deserves to be in the Cup Series, I just don’t know how much more time he has with RPM.
