One basketball team got their star point guard back Wednesday night. The other is still waiting on theirs. In Rajon Rondo's return to the floor, following a two-game suspension, the Boston Celtics defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, 104-94. The Timberwolves, who are still missing Ricky Rubio, led at the halfway point. Then were given a hearty case of whiplash as the Celtics posted 32 points in the third quarter. Rondo posted 17 points and 11 assists in his return and the offense flowed like clockwork. All starters scored in double-figures, with Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett leading the way with 18 each. Garnett got the double-double with 10 rebounds. A big third quarter from Brandon Bass (6-of-9 for 12 points) and Jason Terry (7-of-10 for 17 points) helped Boston pull away from Minnesota. Bass and Jared Sullinger did an adequate job bottling up Kevin Love all game long as well. Love managed 19 points and 13 rebounds, but shot just 6-of-15 from the floor and also 6-of-12 fro...
