NBA Injury News:
Earlier this week, a report began circulating that Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose might dress for Game 3 of the team’s series against the Miami Heat. If he was going to dress, there was thought that he could finally return to the court after his recovery from a significant knee injury. However, Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau told reporters -- including Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago -- yesterday that Rose’s status hasn’t changed, meaning he’s unlikely to suit up for tonight’s game.As the Bulls continue their unexpected run through the playoffs, all eyes have been on Rose. The All-Star has been cleared medically to return, and he’s taking part and even excelling in 5-on-5 scrimmages.Still, Rose continues to be sidelined, as he says he’s just not ready to return yet. There’s speculation that the hesitation is mostly mental, but Rose recently said that he’s still in the process of regaining muscle memory. While a timeline hasn’t been provided, Rose and the Bulls continue to leave the door open for a potential return. Chicago could certainly use him tonight, and it would be a significant boost if he were able to log meaningful minutes. Still, it seems like most will believe Rose is returning this season when they see it.Follow @hoopsinjurynews

Maybe the Bulls really did expected him back in Game 3 and then Rose trolled them. I have to ask someone how far in advance this tickets are printed.
They had to wait until at least 1st round is over, to know what date and time, so it had to be recent. No need to tease Bulls fans like this.
That is cruel and unusual punishment.

...if the Bulls were to win the championship?
So the kid who survived the South Side of Chicago, one of America's harshest urban battlegrounds, is now a wimp. Yeah, the kid who learned the game getting bullied and beat up by three older, basketball-playing brothers has grown soft at the tender age of 24.
Derrick Rose is a p---y.
I ain't buying it. No way. Chicago's Englewood neighborhood swallows cowards for snacks...
Every bit of hate Derrick Rose has inspired in Chicago Bulls and NBA fans- he’s truly earned it. Yes, both the Chicago Bulls front office/media relations and Derrick Rose himself are to blame on this clusterf…..

With the Eastern Conference Semifinals shifting to Chicago for the next two games, the attention has turned toward Derrick Rose once again. Anticipation has been that if Rose were to make a return to the court this season, it would have to be at home for maximum momentum and comfort.

Throughout this over the top suffocating coverage of Derrick Rose and his repaired ACL, comparisons have been made from Adrian Peterson to Greg Oden, to Bernard King, to Rob Gronkowski (yes seriously, because he came back too soon they’re saying!). The immediate defenders of Rose are quick to recall how Chris Paul never was the same again ...

As expected, the Chicago Bulls entered their Game 3 matchup against the Miami Heat without forward Luol Deng or guards Kirk Hinrich and Derrick Rose. While they still put up a fight, the Bulls ultimately dropped last night’s contest to go down 2-1 in the best-of-seven series.Coach Tom Thibodeau told reporters – including USA Today – that Chicago would be without Deng, Hinrich...
I recently came across an article that claimed that it was likely Derrick Rose would be back with the Bulls in game 3 of their series against the Miami Heat. Why did the writer have reason to believe this would be the case? Because Rose had not explicitly stated that he was not playing in the game, and since the Bulls won game 1 they could possibly, maybe, win the series?
