News broke earlier this week that Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose recently purchased a lavish, three-bedroom condominium in Chicago’s Trump International Hotel & Tower for the tidy sum of $2.8 million. The princely pad is reportedly a 3,102-square-foot unit near the top of the 92-story building which provides stunning views of the city’s skyline. [...]

Derrick Rose and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Derrick Rose had quite the day two days ago. In his words, it was the worst day of his life. It turns out he tweaked his groin the night before against the Knicks. It was the injury added to the insult of getting blocked by Jeremy...

Happy Heat-Bulls Preview Hour

What a week of bad omens for Derrick Rose: he will pay the NBA $25k for criticizing the refs after he and the Chicago Bulls beat the Knicks Monday, and who knows what it will cost him in insurance premiums after a Saturn driver rear-ended Rose’s Bentley on a Chicago expressway Tuesday. You might say, “Get a limo and driver, guy who this year signed player and endorsement contracts...
