The Cleveland Cavaliers listed center Andrew Bynum and rookie Carrick Felix as inactives for opening night on the rosters that were due today. But a league official told The Plain Dealer that does not mean Bynum couldn't play when the Cavs open the regular season on Wednesday against Brooklyn at The Q. Teams can change their inactive list before each game. Felix, hampered by a sports hernia, definitely will not play. But Bynum, recovering from surgery on both knees in March, is believed to close to returning, although as of Monday he had not been cleared to take part in full practice or return to a game. Coach Mike Brown said Monday Bynum had been playing five-on-five in practice for about a week and a half
