With Rajon Rondo out, it would seem the Boston Celtics would be in panic mode looking to find the best possible replacement available.  However, that may not be the case.  The team may not even be looking for a replacement if we are to believe team president Danny Ainge's comments.According to Greg Payne of ESPN Boston, the Celtics won't look to add a point guard right now.  Danny Ainge appeared on WEEI and talked about the team's current state.  He said they wouldn't immediately look for a point guard, but he did not completely shut the door on the possibility."Well, not right now. There's a lot of reasons why we're not just jumping out and doing something right now," Ainge told WEEI. "I mean, there really is nobody that you're going to find to replace Rondo, obviously, through trade or through free agent acquisition at this time of year with our (financial) inflexibility."Rondo suffered a season ending ACL tear last week and left the team without their main assist man.  While Boston has proven in the past that they can win without Rondo, they certainly don't want to make is a habit, and they don't want to have to deal with this while barely clinging to a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.  Rondo's loss will be huge, and the Celtics will eventually have to do something, but Ainge is probably being cautious before they make any move.Related: When will Rondo be back?Rondo offered the Celtics both scoring and assists.  He was having a fantastic season, arguably his best, before the injury.  Rondo had been averaging 13.7 points and 11.7 assists per game this season.  In his career, he has averaged 11.1 points and 8.3 assists per game.  Eventually the Celtics will need to find a way to make up for that loss of production.
