Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Dion Waiters has been cleared to return to the floor when the Wine and Gold play host to the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night. Waiters missed eight games with a sprained left ankle which occurred in the team’s double-overtime loss to the Portland Trailblazers. His return means the entire roster will be available for the first time since Nov. 18; the entire unit has been available for a mere six games through the 2012-13 season thanks to injuries sustained by Kyrie Irving, Tyler Zeller and Waiters. Waiters’ 15.2 points per game ranks second behind Irving and  his 3.4 assists are tied with Anderson Varejao for second — also behind Irving. He is shooting 36 percent on the season, but has stated that he will settle for fewer jump shots upon his return. Cavaliers head coach Byron Scott has not confirmed whether or not Waiters will regain his starting spot as CJ Miles has averaged 22.5 points per game over the last four contests.
