PLAYERS: JaJuan Johnson
TEAMS: Boston Celtics
The rookie is still learning the ropes of the NBA in this express season but seems to be a great character guy in the locker room. I often wonder why the Celtics traded for him and then don't give him minutes to develop. Meanwhile the original draft pick, MarShon Brooks, is challenging for rookie of the year in New Jersey. The only excuse for not giving him time(and its a good one) is Boston had no idea they would be trading for Bass or acquiring Wilcox. Ironically Johnson mentions Bass as on of his mentors on the team. One way or another he is a part of the Celtics future it is just going to take some time for him to develop. I hope he continues to keep his great attitude.
