Uh oh. We have been here before, and quite frankly it makes me want to crawl under a rock and hide from the light of day.  This news came out today via the Boston Globe in regards to Kevin Garnett:Coach Doc Rivers was unsure when Garnett sustained the injury. Garnett missed two games because of a strained left adductor muscle and the flu, but returned for two games, combining for 36 points and 18 rebounds, playing 29 minutes in both.“The first I heard of it was [Friday] night,” Rivers said. “I don’t know if he hurt it in the game [Friday] night or a couple of games [ago]. I have no idea.“Whenever somebody does anything with an ankle, they do an MRI. So I’m sure him and Courtney, they’ll probably do one [on him], too.”I hate injuries where it is difficult to pinpoint exactly where they happen.  Losing the teams most talented player in Rajon Rondo and the teams work-horse in Jared Sullinger was tough enough.  It is hard not to assume the worst after the shadiness of The Big Ticket’s oft covered injury history.  Trying to over react and leave myself open for a pleasant surprise for when the MRI results return.Follow Jesse on Twitter: J_duderanch
