Ever since Jan. 21, 1997, Kevin Garnett has never failed to grab at least one rebound in a game. However, that streak ended in the Boston Celtics‘ 92-79 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers Saturday night, in which Garnett failed to grab a single rebound. Garnett played for 23 minutes, having 19 points on 9-of-11 shooting. The 6-11 big man never found a board that could have gone his way. After the game, Garnett went on a big rant over the missed rebound, as he swore he had one in the first quarter. Garnett says that he had worry more about shooting the ball in this game, which led to his attention being focused away from rebounding. Take a look (skip 1:25, also there is some NSFW language): Good old, press-conference KG right there. However, Garnett did come close to the rebound in the win, as Brandon Bass basically stole it from him, as CBS Sports was able to point out. Well, at least he kept it going for 15 years.
