Larry Bird the former Celtics star player’s son was arrested Sunday in Bloomington, Ind. Apparently he was having issues with his former girlfriend and he tried to run her over with a car according to Indiana University Police Department Chief Keith Cash. Connor Bird, 21, faces multiple charges, including battery with injury, criminal mischief, intimidation with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana. When approached for a comment Bird’s Lawyer said; It is a private matter we are hoping to resolve as quickly as possible,” He also went on to say he was glad nobody was seriously injured.
