Marreese Speights: For the desperate owners (ESPN.com) If you're desperate for a center, there's Memphis' Marreese Speights. The Grizzlies center had his best game of the season Wednesday night in Memphis' 105-100 win over New Jersey: 20 points (10-13 FG and 0-1 FT), 18 rebounds, two blocks and an assist in 38 minutes. Speights has been crashing the boards in his last five games, averaging 8.4 boards, 8.8 points with .6 assists, .6 steals and .4 blocks. Not stellar output, but good for those in need of a five. Speights' shelf-life won't last long: Zach Randolph should be back in early March from his torn MCL.
