The Boston Celtics selected guard Gabe Pruitt with the 32nd pick in the 2007 NBA Draft. Jeff Green was picked at no. 5 but traded to Seattle."Pruitt, a 6'4" 170lbs guard from the University of Southern California earned Honorable Mention All-Pac 10 honors last season. Pruitt ranks sixth in career steals (158) and fourth in three-point field goals made (179) in Trojans history. As a junior Pruitt averaged 12.5 points and 4.3 assists in 26 games. Pruitt averaged 16.9 points per game as a sophomore in the 2005-06 campaign which tied him for fifth in the Pac-10."
