With 1 regular season game left, Taj Gibson still believes that there remains a possibility that Derrick Rose, who has missed all 81 games, can make a return to the Bulls lineup this year. According to ESPN Chicago: Taj Gibson said he hasn’t given up hope that Derrick Rose will return to the Chicago Bulls this season. “We feel like that every day,” Gibson said. “He works out with us, he practices with us and it’s like he never left. But it’s just different when the game comes. We’re still patient knowing that he could possibly play one of the games coming up but until that time we have to just stay sharp and be ready (for) whenever he’s ready to come back.”

Nate Robinson doesn't jump for jump ball, tries to catch it instead (Video)

Sadly for Chicago Bulls guard Nate Robinson, the below trick that he used to try and secure a jump ball against the Toronto Raptors was not a legal play. The moment happened in the fourth quarter on Saturday and gave fans at the Air Canada Centre, a chuckle or two.Since Gay is nearly a foot taller than Nate, Robinson figured that he wasn't going to win the tip and instead Nate...

Jimmy Butler finishes tough layup

The Chicago Bulls are known for their physical brand of basketball, and on Sunday, the Miami Heat were up for the challenge. Luol Deng gets his shot sent packing by Chris “Birdman” Anderson, but the scrappy, Jimmy Butler, secures the rebound and finishes with a tough layup. Butler’s physical bucket brought the Bulls within 7 points on the road, with a score of 27-20 with about...

Wizards-Bulls Preview

While Derrick Rose doesn't appear likely to return, the Chicago Bulls are getting relatively healthy as they wrap up the regular season. That certainly won't hurt the Bulls' chances as they look to finish with the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference on Wednesday night when they host the sinking Washington Wizards. After losing four of five, Chicago (44-37) seemed to...

Slumping Pacers drop 2 in a row, lock up 3rd seed anyway

I've been too depressed with how the Pacers have been playing to post regularly. The Eastern Conference's 3rd seed has lost four of their last five games, and it would have been five of five but for that miraculous comeback against the Cavs. On Friday against the Nets, the Pacers dug themselves into a massive 20+ point deficit again before mounting a furious rally that...
