NFL Draft Diamonds:
Dez Bryant’s conversation with Romo on the sideline looked from a distance like a wide receiver complaining to his quarterback about his lack of targets (Bryant had just two catches at that point). In reality, Bryant is talking strategy with Romo. NFL Films now released what was said by Bryant clearing his name, just like […]

AROUND THE WEB
Not long after Dez Bryant was praised by us and nearly everyone else for his amazing touchdown catch on Sunday against the Detroit Lions, he was flipping out on everyone on the Dallas Cowboys sidelines. Bryant had a major meltdown and began yelling at Tony Romo and many of the Cowboys coaches late in the […]
We've discovered a lot about Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant's passion to win this week.
But in case his actions on the field and sideline weren't convincing enough, Bryant speaks his mind in a short film by directed Davis Factor for Flaunt Magazine.

"I have a strong passion about the game," he says in the film. "That&...
This is one of the reason people are hesitant to say Dez Bryant is the best wide receiver in football. He can’t seem to control his emotions at times.
I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he is just being animated because he thinks he can help the Cowboys win, but yelling, screaming and acting out of control isn’t the way to get your point across.
Many people assumed that Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was selfishly asking for the ball during his sideline rant.
Now that NFL Films has released the audio/video of the rant, we know that Bryant’s rant was harmless.
“We good on that, Tony!” Bryant screamed to Romo per CBS Sports. “We the best in the NFL on that. We the best in the NFL!”
It’s sad that everyone assumed...
DETROIT -- Dez Bryant is a misunderstood superstar.
Just ask him.
Moments after a pair of sideline tantrums during a brutal last-second loss to the Lions, the Cowboys wide receiver explained at great length that he's never shown anything but respect for the game.
"I'm passionate about football," he said. "I'm passionate about the game, and I'm passionate...
Dez Bryant’s unstable emotions were on full display Sunday during the Dallas Cowboys’ 31-30 loss to the Detroit Lions. Bryant caught just one pass in the first half of the game — a one-handed touchdown grab to make it 10-7 Dallas before halftime. He may have been upset about how little action he was seeing, […]
Dallas wideout Dez Bryant had an interesting Sunday that ended in a 31-30 loss for his Cowboys. Fans took to Twitter in reaction to his sideline meltdowns.
There has been significant talk out of the Detroit game about the utilization of the Cowboys most important offensive weapon, Dez Bryant, after he tied his season low for targets in a game with just 6 at Ford Field. It sure seemed that Detroit entered the game with a very logical defensive premise that the Cowboys should be getting used to by now. Double team Bryant with a press...
During the Dallas Cowboys/Detroit Lions game a gem of a little scene was caught on camera. Apparently displeased that he was not getting the targets that he wanted (at the time he only had two catches for 22-yards and a TD; and it was a heck of a TD). This mad Dex mad and he let everyone know it.
Of course the blog-o-sphere is assuming that it was...
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant made an impressive leaping one-handed touchdown catch with a defender in his face during the second quarter of Sunday's game against Detroit.
Bryant made a 5 yard TD reception by leaping over Lions cornerback Darius Slay and grabbing the ball with his left hand while using his helmet and shoulder pads to help him hold onto the ball....
Dez Bryant is not going to apologize for his antics on the sidelines. He’s a passionate and emotional player who is driven to win. Something, he said, that has been going on since he first stepped on a football field.
So, yes, he’s going to get into animated and sometimes heated conversations. He had a couple with quarterback Tony Romo and tight end Jason Witten in the second...
NFL Films released some audio on Monday that shows Dez Bryant was being positive at one point when he erupted on the sidelines in the third quarter of the Dallas Cowboys’ 31-30 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday. I characterized Bryant’s sideline behavior when he got in the face of Tony Romo and his […]
Sunday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions was billed to have the subplot of wide receivers Calvin Johnson and Dez Bryant dueling it out.
They have not disappointed.
Your move Johnson.
With Dez Bryant making this incredible catch earlier in the game Sunday, Lions Calvin Johnson wasn’t to be outdone and pulled down this amazing catch in double coverage:
This is becoming customary for Johnson, who seems to make catches like this on a weekly basis. Though Bryant scored on a 50-yard catch and run to put the Cowboys...
The narrative leading into today was headlined by Dez Bryant relating himself and his play to the superstardom of Calvin Johnson."I can do anything Megatron can do," Bryant said. His play may, in some ways, replicate the greatness of Calvin Johnson. But these two proved to be much different on Sunday. After a relatively boring first three quarters, the fourth was a game of...
