After the selection of star UCF QB Blake Bortles on Thursday night's draft, the Jags have made it clear that they're starting over. They filled their need of a QB at #3 overall in the draft, and then took two WR's in the 2nd round. The Jags are completely redoing their offense and adding new weapons to make it as lethal as possible. After taking two WR's in the second round of the draft, the Jags have also made it clear that they have moved on from Justin Blackmon. Blackmon has been in some legal trouble, and was recently suspended for the entire 2014 season.
