Cowboys coach Jason Garrett has evolved as a head coach, according to his boss, team owner and general manager Jerry Jones. During his weekly radio appearance on the Cowboys' flagship station, Jones talked about how Garrett has become "better and better" at running the team since he took over as head coach in the middle of last season. "He'd be the first to tell you that he's gained on it and improved from last year," Jones said on 105.3 The Fan (KRLD-FM). "And I think you can look forward to that for several years. "I think he does a very good job of being able to handle all of the things you have to, to be the coordinator, and then, at the same time, be on top of and give the kind of input that you need to your defense and to your special teams."
