Fantasy Football Champs:
The Jacksonville Jaguars will not budge regarding offering running back Maurice Jones-Drew a new contract, according to Pete Prisco.
Even with Jones-Drew on the verge of a training camp holdout, Jacksonville has no interest in negotiating a new deal. This situation will get ugly fast, and Rashad Jennings would be the No. 1 RB for the Jaguars if MJD ultimately decides not to play out the remaining two years on his five-year deal of $31M. So if you decide to roll the dice on Jones-Drew in early fantasy drafts, be sure to handcuff Jennings for insurance.

According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union, contract talks between the Jacksonville Jaguars and wide receiver Justin Blackmon are being held up because of his recent DUI arrest.
The Jaguars clearly want to make sure they protect themselves in case Blackmon makes another bone-headed decision off the field, like Marshawn Lynch of the Seahawks.

“Per a source with knowledge of the negotiations (or, more accurately, non-negotations), the two sides will start talking more seriously soon,” reported Florio.
“Complicating matters is the fact that Blackmon is sandwiched...
