Michigan State Spartan wrestling fell to No. 18 Northwestern on Friday night at Welsh-Ryan arena, 30-12. The Spartans won three straight matches following the intermission and both Brian Gibbs (141) and Nick McDiarmid (197) won their first career Big Ten Conference dual matches.
