Every year, on every team, there is one player who has a breakout campaign. Anthony Spencer was that player last season for the Dallas Cowboys. In 14 games the strong-side linebacker, and recently converted defensive end, had career-highs in sacks, 14, and tackles, 55.     This season the Cowboys breakout player will be rookie wide receiver, Terrance Williams. The Dallas native was selected in the third round, 74th overall, and undoubtedly be the slot receiver for quarterback Tony Romo.Williams, who played his college ball at Baylor University, was a consensus All-American and made First-team All-Big 12 in 2012. In addition, he also was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award in 2011 in which Robert Griffin III was his quarterback.During his tenure as a Baylor Bear, Williams finished with 201 receptions, 3,294 yards and 27 touchdown. Last year alone, the wideout led the nation with 1,832 reception yards. With Dez Bryant and Jason Witten finishing the 2012 campaign strong, the Cowboys are looking for another wide receiver to compliment them. While Austin has shown flashes of brilliance, he has also been injury prone. If he can stay healthy, the Cowboys can have one of the best receiving corps in the NFC. However, when all is said and done, Williams has the potential to be the best pick the Cowboys made in the 2013 NFL Draft. With his power and speed, he has an opportunity to make a real impact. While he will challenge, and should win, the three receiver from Dwayne Harris. Furthermore, it wouldn’t surprise me to see Williams lineup in Week 15, 16, or 17 as the two receiver. 2013 Projection: 40 receptions, 600 yards, 5 touchdowns
