Runningback on the Tennessee Titans, Javon Ringer was tackled after a reception during the Minnesota Vikings game on Sunday that took him out of the game.The Tennessean, reported earlier that the injury Ringer suffered could of been season ending. Ringer suffered a knee injury in the fourth quarter on a play, he was then carted off the field. Once in the locker room he was in crutches.Ringer underwent an MRI earlier today and it came back that he had a sprained MCL and will miss between 4 and 6 weeks.Jamie Harper will be the Titans #2 RB while Ringer is away.This is the second time in 2012 that Ringer has suffered a serious injury. He suffered an elbow injury in the season-opener that became infected. He went through two surgeries and spent four nights in the hospital as a result of cellulitis elbow infection. Doctors told him that the infection could of resulted in amputation of his arm.
