After the 49ers lost to the Rams a frustrated Joe Staley made some pretty accurate comments about their ineffective offense.

“We’ve got all the talent in the world. We were doing some dumb stuff and they took advantage of it,” Staley said, via the San Francisco Chronicle. “Penalties. Dumb blocks. Dumb techniques. Dumb schemes. Played like s—.”...
The 49ers announced that they have signed LT Joe Staley to a two-year contract extension on Thursday.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that Staley’s new extension is fairly complex as it adds two option years at a total of $18.8 million to his previous agreement.
Staley’s deal can be worth $23.3 million if he reaches incentives, according to Rapoport.
