Ex-WVU Portal Commit Transfers to Another Big 12 School
Former Louisville safety Josh Minkins Jr. initially chose West Virginia over offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, and Tulsa. Earlier this month, Minkins announced on social media that he would not attend WVU, re-opening his recruitment in the transfer portal.

Former Louisville defensive back and West Virginia transfer commit Josh Minkins has now committed to Cincinnati. He initially committed to WVU a month ago, picking West Virginia over offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech and Tulsa.
