Steelers work out 2 defenders Friday

Pittsburgh tries out some defensive talent. Two defenders worked out for the Steelers on Friday, per a report by NFL insider Aaron Wilson. Pittsburgh hosted defensive tackle Nathan Pickering and cornerback Mikey Victor.

The Pittsburgh Steelers tried out two players on Thursday, as the team continues to look for talent to sign for the 2025 season. According to a report by Howard Balzer of CardsWire, the Steelers hosted edge rusher Nathan Pickering and cornerback Mikey Victor for tryouts on Thursday.

The Seattle Seahawks re-signed undrafted rookie linebacker Easton Gibbs and waived defensive lineman Nathan Pickering with an injury designation, the team announced Wednesday.  Gibbs originally signed with Seattle in May but was released on July 31 in favor of rookie defensive tackle Rodney Mathews.
