Minka Kelly will return to her "back-up" career as a scrub technician if her roles in Hollywood dry up. The actress used to work in a hospital as a surgical technologist - assisting surgeons in operating rooms - and Minka is adamant she will happily go back to the job if she fails to win any more acting roles.
