Angels Outright Omar Martinez

The Angels announced that catcher Omar Martinez has cleared waivers and was assigned outright to Triple-A Salt Lake. The backstop was designated for assignment last week in a series of moves that included outfielder Gustavo Campero being added to the 40-man roster.
