Vegas odds to win the 2016-17 NBA Finals, according to Sportsbook.ag as of June 20, 2016.

1 of 30

Golden State Warriors: 2/1

The Warriors will try to win their second NBA Championship in three years after losing to the Cavaliers this year. The team's main core is set to return next season, including Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

2 of 30

Cleveland Cavaliers: 3/1

LeBron James and company finally brought a title home to Cleveland and now have their eyes on a repeat. Cleveland could go into 2016-17 with the same core, though it also wouldn't be a shock if it shook things up a bit around James.

3 of 30

San Antonio Spurs: 8/1

San Antonio Spurs: 8/1
Garrett Ellwood / National Basketball Association

The Spurs had a disappointing playoffs losing to Oklahoma City, and Tim Duncan seems likely to retire. Meanwhile, Kawhi Leonard has become one of the elite players in the league, and LaMarcus Aldridge had a strong first season with the Spurs. They'll certainly be in the championship conversation.

4 of 30

Oklahoma City Thunder: 10/1

Oklahoma City Thunder: 10/1
Garrett Ellwood / National Basketball Association

OKC's future comes down to Kevin Durant's pending free agency. Most expect him to stick around and give it another go along with Russell Westbrook vs. Golden State, as the Thunder came up just one game short of reaching the Finals.

5 of 30

Boston Celtics: 25/1

Boston Celtics: 25/1

The Celtics have made quick improvement in three seasons under head coach Brad Stevens, going from 25-57 in his first season to 48-34 this year. They have the third, 16th and 23rd picks in the draft to add to their stockpile of young talent that already includes Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley, Jae Crowder, Jared Sullinger and Marcus Smart.

Los Angeles Clippers: 25/1

The Clippers had a horribly disappointing season, and some speculate that they'll break up their big three of Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul this offseason after losing in the first round of the playoffs. That talent still makes them one of the front-runners, however.

7 of 30

Miami Heat: 30/1

Miami Heat: 30/1

The Heat had a good season and playoff success considering the team was without Chris Bosh for much of the year. His basketball future still remains unclear, but if he returns, the Heat have the experience to make some noise in the East. First, Miami has to address a roster with nine unrestricted free agents.

8 of 30

Toronto Raptors: 40/1

Toronto Raptors: 40/1
Rick Madonik / Toronto Star

Toronto took the basketball world by storm in the playoffs by challenging the Cavs in the East Conference Finals. The Raptors showed they're a possible forced to be reckoned with between DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry.

Atlanta Hawks: 50/1

Atlanta Hawks: 50/1

The Hawks went 48-34 in the regular season but were swept by the Cavs in the playoffs. The team's future could rest on Al Horford, who is an unrestricted free agent.

10 of 30

Chicago Bulls: 50/1

Chicago Bulls: 50/1
Bart Young / National Basketball Association

There probably wasn't a team more disappointing than the Bulls this season, who barely made the playoffs at 42-40 despite immense talent. Head coach Fred Hoiberg is probably on notice, and Joakim Noah is also a free agent after an injury-plagued year. Regardless of Noah, few teams have more talent than Chicago's top three of Jimmy Butler, Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol.

11 of 30

Houston Rockets: 70/1

Houston Rockets: 70/1
Bill Baptist / National Basketball Association

Houston squeaked in to the playoffs after going 41-41, and the organization seems over Dwight Howard at this point. The hiring of head coach Mike D'Antoni could fit James Harden's game well, but will the Rockets ever defend?

12 of 30

Minnesota Timberwolves: 70/1

Minnesota Timberwolves: 70/1
Rocky Widner / National Basketball Association

Minnesota has the fifth pick in the draft, set to add to great young talent that includes Karl-Anthony Towns, Andrew Wiggins, Ricky Rubio and Zach LaVine. The T-Wolves are a clear sleeper team after going just 29-53 this season.

13 of 30

New Orleans Pelicans: 70/1

New Orleans Pelicans: 70/1
Layne Murdoch / National Basketball Association

The Pelicans can only build around Anthony Davis if he's able to stay healthy. New Orleans will get the sixth pick in the draft but could potentially lose Eric Gordon to free agency.

14 of 30

Portland Trail Blazers: 75/1

Portland Trail Blazers: 75/1
Sam Forencich / National Basketball Association

The Blazers were handled by the Warriors in the playoffs after going 44-38 during the regular season. Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum are quite a tandem, but Portland probably needs to add more.

15 of 30

Charlotte Hornets: 100/1

Charlotte Hornets: 100/1

Charlotte had its best year since the expansion season of 2004-05, with Kemba Walker becoming the team's clear leader. The Hornets could make some noise in the weak Eastern Conference.

Los Angeles Lakers: 100/1

The Lakers turn the page on the Kobe Bryant era and are optimistic after hiring Luke Walton as head coach. They have plenty of possibilities with the No. 2 overall pick in the draft.

17 of 30

Memphis Grizzlies: 100/1

The Grizzlies lack much star power, with Marc Gasol leading the team this season with only 16.6 points per game. They're also at risk of losing Mike Conley, an unrestricted free agent.

18 of 30

Utah Jazz: 100/1

Utah Jazz: 100/1
Melissa Majchrzak / National Basketball Association

The Jazz has slowly improved under head coach Quin Snyder and has an impressive young core with Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors, Rodney Hood and Alec Burks.

Dallas Mavericks: 125/1

Mark Cuban's team has seen better days as Dirk Nowitzki inches toward age 40. Dallas went 42-40 this season and has an aging core.

20 of 30

Denver Nuggets: 125/1

Denver Nuggets: 125/1

Denver went just 33-49 this season and didn't get much of a scoring contribution beyond Danilo Gallinari. The Nuggets do have the seventh and 15th picks in the draft.

21 of 30

Detroit Pistons: 125/1

Detroit Pistons: 125/1

Stan Van Gundy's team was swept in the first round of the playoffs by the Cavs after going 44-38 in the regular season. Some were surprised the Pistons found that much success, though their core is young with Reggie Jackson, Tobias Harris and Andre Drummond all 26 or younger.

22 of 30

Indiana Pacers: 125/1

Indiana Pacers: 125/1
Ron Hoskins / National Basketball Association

The Pacers hired Nate McMillan as their new head coach after being ousted by Toronto in the playoffs. Paul George made a successful comeback for Indiana, but the team has a steep hill to climb to conquer the Eastern Conference.

23 of 30

Milwaukee Bucks: 125/1

Coming off a 33-49 season, Milwaukee picks 10th in the draft as it tries to surround a young core with more talent.

24 of 30

New York Knicks: 125/1

New York Knicks: 125/1
Steven Freeman / National Basketball Association

Phil Jackson made a surprise hire of Jeff Hornacek as his new head coach, and the team was extremely encouraged by Kristaps Porzingis' rookie campaign. The Knicks are still far away from contention after going 32-50 and don't have a first-round pick.

25 of 30

Orlando Magic: 125/1

Orlando Magic: 125/1
Fernando Medina / National Basketball Association

The Magic hired Frank Vogel after Scott Skiles went 35-47 this season. The team has a talented, young core to build around and the 11th pick in the draft.

26 of 30

Philadelphia 76ers: 125/1

The 76ers had a historically terrible season at 10-72. The good news is that they have the first pick in the draft, along with the 24th and 26th picks. New GM Bryan Colangelo still has his work cut out for him.

27 of 30

Sacramento Kings: 125/1

Sacramento Kings: 125/1
Rocky Widner / National Basketball Association

Sacramento won only 33 games this season under head coach George Karl but hopes for better results under Dave Joerger. The Kings have the eighth pick in the draft but could lose enigmatic point guard Rajon Rondo in free agency.

28 of 30

Washington Wizards: 125/1

John Wall and Bradley Beal lead a Wizards roster that has some talent, though Washington frustratingly missed the playoffs at 41-41 this season.

29 of 30

Phoenix Suns: 300/1

Phoenix Suns: 300/1

Phoenix is coming off the second worst season in franchise history at 23-59, and the team is set to revamp the roster with the fourth and 13th picks in the draft.

30 of 30

Brooklyn Nets: 500/1

Brooklyn Nets: 500/1
Nathaniel S. Butler / National Basketball Association

These are trying times in Brooklyn, after the Nets went 21-61 this season. They don't have many young players to build around, and the Celtics have their first-round pick, third overall.
