Pelicans Signing Elfrid Payton, Izaiah Brockington

The Pelicans are beefing up their training camp roster with a pair of signings, including veteran point guard Elfrid Payton, per Andrew Lopez of ESPN. New Orleans is also signing guard Izaiah Brockington, Lopez reported.
