Andy Reid ‘had a cheeseburger and went to sleep’ to celebrate Chiefs’ Super Bowl berth

For Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, the little things in life make all the difference.

For example, we present what he said about his team’s AFC Championship Game victory Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

Reid was asked what he did to celebrate. His response was classic: “I had a cheeseburger and went to bed,” he said, per BJ Kissel of the Chiefs’ official website.

No big deal.

Just a coach getting a second chance to win it all and cement his legacy as one of the NFL’s all-time greats.

Reid has long been extremely down to earth and is beloved by his players for it. It’s no wonder many are now rooting for him to finally reach the pinnacle of this league.
