The Kansas City Chiefs have signed a familiar face after a successful tryout at mandatory minicamp. This actually marked the third time that TE Geor'Quarius Spivey has tried out for the Chiefs and the second time he's been signed following a tryout.
The Chiefs added a new tight end to the roster on Friday. The NFL's daily transaction report shows that they have signed Geor'quarius Spivey to their 90-man roster.
The Kansas City Chiefs are about a week away from their first preseason game, meaning there's still plenty to compete for at training camp in St. Joseph, Missouri.
