The Arizona Cardinals announced some moves with the practice squad on Wednesday. They added a tight end, signing John Samuel Shenker to the unit. The move is needed because veteran tight end Geoff Swaim is injured after hurting his calf in the Cardinals’ 45-29 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
